Massage sessions include intake, specific minutes of customized hands on treatment tailored to your relaxation and or problem areas. Session may include specific deep tissue, stretching, hot stones. As well as post massage session follow up for self care at home.

Shoulder and Neck Pain Treatment Plan

If you have neck and or shoulder issues, this is a custom, massage set treatment plan. This includes a series of four 30 min target area hands on sessions (upper body) in a four week time frame. Will help to decrease discomfort, pain and better range of motion and less discomfort. Different techniques and stretches applied pertaining to the problem area.

Sports Massage

If you want to aide in recovery or prior to manual fitness events this is a customized hands on session. Different techniques and stretches applied.

OceanFront Beach Massage

Actually on the Beach Oceanfront massage, sun-kissed, ocean sound soothed, natural air beach relaxation experience

Short&Sweet Special Massage 

Customized, based on the initial intake discussion. Customized hands on treatment tailored to your relaxation and loosening of muscles and or problem areas. Session includes half massage and half full body stretching!

Chair Massage Event or Corporate Event

Time is customized to 10 or 15 or 30 min increment individual back or leg massage
